Maillard Patisserie
Maillard Patisserie is a small batch American bakery that specializes in Vienoisserie as well as classic American baked goods.
All of our pastries are made in-house from scratch and baked daily by our small dedicated team of bakers.
We use quality ingredients including eggs and produce from local farms as often as possible.
Our menu changes frequently based on seasonal availability and often what we feel like making!

OUR hAMPDEN LOCATION IS A mostly carry-out operation but we do have a few indoor seats and a bench outside. oUR hAMILTON location has seating and a public restroom.
We are not taking custom cake or wedding cake orders at this time. Please see the Store tab to place a cake order.
Orders of a dozen items or less are first come, first serve at the bakery during normal operating hours.
If you would like to place an order for more than a dozen items please fill out the contact form below and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that our croissants take three days to produce so the earlier the better!
